The superstructures have arrived

On Friday 18.02. the forecastle companionway, the skylight amidships and the stern companionway cap were brought on deck and placed on the coamings. Again a very nice work from the workshop of BBS Wolgast.

The superstructures fit perfectly on the coamings. The foreship skylight still needs a bit of work so that the jib boom goes over it.

Over the next few weeks, the superstructures will be attached seaworthily with recessed dovetail lugs made of galvanised steel. Then the windows and protective frames will be fitted. Many thanks to Manne & Uwe for a job well done.
