Modelships
The Gluth model ship collection is a unique and very extensive private collection of ships of various genres and scales. The collector, Mrs Gluth, has gathered the models over many years. In 2020, we took over this collection and have since invested a lot of time in sifting through and cataloguing the models.
The collection comprises around 55 large models (scale up to 1:100), around 117 medium sized models (scale between 1:100 and 1:1250), around 3200 small models (scale 1:1250) and around 281 books about ships, model making and maritime art.
Now we would like to give the collection into good hands. The single parts of the collection -large models, 1250-scale-models, and books- are only available as a whole. The Russian frigate PALLADA in scale 1:50 can also be purchased as a single piece.
