Anchors aweigh, please!

The windlass is in its final place. Hooray! The wood and steel foundation provides a firm base. And the two deck passages are also ready. Through them, the anchor chain runs properly into its box in the bow of the ship. That was a welding job!

Björnsund has two anchors: a 75kg Rocna anchor and a 110kg Admiralty Pattern anchor. Both can be used later on the port side.

Meanwhile, Thomas is still working on the hydraulic motor. He is researching important parameters for the pump unit, such as pressure and flow rate. Everything has to be well thought out.
